You may use the brushes, textures, gradients, stock photography, and other graphics resources for free in accordance with the Terms of Use listed below.
General Terms
- You may NOT hotlink (ie directly link) to any of the resources on this website.
- You must provide credit if you use the resources to create anything that will be shared with others. If you use the resources to post art anywhere (DeviantArt, on a blog, etc) please a link when you list your resources. If you use any of the resources for a website, please provide a link on your website.
- You may not claim credit for the resources.
- You may not repost or otherwise make the resources available without my written permission
- You may not use the resources for any website, artwork, or other material that promotes hatred of others based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, physical or mental handicap, religion, or country of origin. You may not use these resources for pornographic websites or art. (To clarify, pornographic does not include sexually explicit films that are rated R or TV shows rated MA or the equivalent in your country.)
- While the materials at http://visual.literaryspring.com are intended to be compatible as possible they are provided as is and I am not responsible for any damages caused by their use.
Specific Terms
- Fractals can be used unaltered or resized for personal use (wallpapers, avatars, etc) or they can be used for derivative noncommericial use according to the terms listed above.
- Stock Photography can be used unaltered or resized for personal use (wallpapers, avatars, etc) or they can be used for derivative noncommericial use according to the terms listed above.
- Wallpapers may only be used for personal use.
- Buttons, bullets, and other web graphics may only be used unaltered or with text added.
- Tutorials may not be reposted nor may you create the exact graphic described in the tutorial and claim credit. The purpose of a tutorial is to show you methods that can be used for artistic creation.
Credits
- The textures and patterns were created using Photoshop CS2 and Paint Shop Pro 9.
- Most photographs are posted unaltered except for resizing. In a few case I have cropped the image slightly and/or adjusted levels using Photoshop CS2.
- The Fractals were made using Apophysis2.0 and Apophysis2.05Beta2. Download and additional information about the program is available at Apophysis.org. I also used the Flam3 rederer available at Flam3
